Wick Care & Candle Tips
While many candles are made from soy, we love how our coconut blended candles look while burning. The wax is smooth, appealing to the eye, and it burns even smoother. We use 100% cotton wicks so they will mushroom while burning, this is normal. Always trim your wick to 1/4” before each burn to reduce smoking.

With proper wick care- your candles should burn 30-35 hours (8.5 oz).

Other important tips!

For your first time burning your candle make sure it forms a complete melt pool. Usually 2.5-4 hours. Never blow it out before that forms to prevent tunneling. This sets the burn pattern for the life of your candle.

Never burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

Never burn your candle near anything flammable.

Burn on a flat surface.

Do not burn near drafts.

Keep your burning candle away from children and pets.

Each candle will come wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue paper or Kraft paper. We will ensure all proper packaging on our part to prevent damages. During the summer months, we we do our best to package safely to avoid melting- using dry ice or any other means to keep the candles cool until they reach your home! We only ship Monday through Wednesday during the summer months.
Q:What if my candle is delivered damaged?
A: Contact us immediately. Don't forget to take a picture should your candle arrive damaged in any way.

Sending as a gift? Be sure to notate it at checkout so that your private note can be added and we can package accordingly!
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds, however, we will be more than happy to offer store credit should you be unsatisfied with your purchase.
What kind of wax is this?
We tested many different types of candle wax and while there are some good ones out there, we love and prefer the results we achieve with the coconut blend wax- we get the best of both worlds! With an excellent hot throw and a slow burn, courtesy of the coconut soy blend.

We are 100% phthalate- free!!!
Our fragrance oil supplier works with rigorous standards and they exclude many materials that are ubiquitous in other suppliers’ fragrance oils.

Our candles are phthalate- FREE, but they're also carcinogen, mutagen, reproductive toxin, organ toxin, and acute toxin-free!

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar, HOWEVER, you can find us at the Painted Tree in Gastonia NC! You can also find us in and around Charlotte at pop-up market events!
